She is the co-founder and CEO of Producing Outstanding People (POP!), Inc., an award-winning nonprofit organization focused on youth mentorship and community development, as well as DCA Legacy Builders and DCA Realty, LLC, ventures dedicated to strengthening communities and helping families build generational wealth through homeownership and development.

Dr. Chasity’s influence spans education, business, nonprofit leadership, and faith-based mentorship. Through initiatives such as the AspiHER mentoring program, youth leadership development, and women’s empowerment experiences, she continues to invest deeply in the next generation of leaders while cultivating meaningful opportunities for women to grow personally, spiritually, and professionally.
